双马来酰亚胺型树脂基体研究——树脂基体组分配比的优化试验

摘要: 本文报导改性双马来酰亚胺树脂基体各组分配比的优化试验。试验结果表明:采用单纯形重心回归设计安排试验,具有试验次数少、回归程序的精度高的优点。经检验表明:所得回归方程适用于筛选基体组分的配比。本文还采用回归方程立体图绘制方法,所得立体图型能够直观地反映组分配比对材料性能的影响规律。进一步根据回归方程借助计算机逐步搜寻确定了组分的最优配比,其树脂浇注体的性能可与80年代美国Narmco公司开发的5245C双马来酰亚胺型树脂相媲。Abstract: This paper presents the work of experimental optimization for tormutations of modified bismalcimidc resins.Experimental design used was a simplex gravity enter design which gives a good regression equation from a few experiments.Experimental results show that the regression equation is good enough for screening purpose.A perspective representation of response surfac,was put out,which visually demonstrates the relationship between the formulations and properties of the resins.Computer programs were used to assist in searching the optimum formulation.A new bismaleimide resin has been developed.It is processable and its properties are comparable with that of Narmco 5245C, an advanced bismaleimide resin developed in the eighties in USA.
