铸造高强度C/Al复合材料

CASTING HIGH-TENSILE-STRENGTH C/AI COMPOSITES

  • 摘要: 本文介绍用铸造法制造抗拉强度超过750MPa的高强度C/Al复合材料。将国产高强度碳纤维经MSC涂层处理后以束状排布于精密铸造模壳内,在4000Pa的真空度和0.75MPa的空气压力下将356合金液浸渗入预热模壳内,凝固后获得C/Al复合材料零件或试样。试样的抗拉强度当纤维体积分数为0.35时达764MPa。论文讨论了纤维束状排布对浸渗过程和材料韧性的有利影响。

     

    Abstract: This paper deals with high-tensile-stength C/AI composites with σb> 760MPa fabricated by casting.PAN I carbon fibers coated with coatings are arranged in investment casting moulds in tows,and the moulds are infiltrated with molten AI-Si-Mg alloy under the condition of vacuum 4000 Pa and air prcssure of 0.75 MPa.The tensile strength of specimens containing fibers of 0.35 volume fraction reaches up to 764 MPa.The effects of fiber arrangement in tows on infiltration of molten metal and on toughness of composites are also discusseda.
