纤维增强聚丙烯的流变模型探讨

A DISCUSSION ON RHEOLOGICAL MODELS OF GLASS FIBER REINFORCED POLYPROPYLENE

  • 摘要: 本文通过拉伸状态下的蠕变试验,对玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯的蠕变曲线进行了测定,确定了材料的流变模型和有关方程,求得了各个流变参数;进一步讨论了纤维含量、温度对材料的流变模型及其参数的影响,对材料的使用具有一定的指导意义.
    Abstract: In the present paper the creep curves of glass fiber reinforced polypropy-lene are measured by the creep test in tensile conditions.Based on the proposed Theological models the constitutive equations of creep are constructed and the rheological paraments are obtained. The effects of temperature and the quantity of glass fiber upon the Theological behavior are further discussed.
