耐高温刹车片基体树脂双酚-F硼酚醛的研究

摘要: 本文介绍双酚F单体 及合硼酚醛树脂的合成,其热分解温度高达438℃,由于硼配住键饱和,树脂形成硼氧碳螯合结构,吸湿性大为改善,以上述树脂为基体的摩阻材料耐高温性能卓越.Abstract: In this paper,the bisphenol-F and a new kind of boron modified resin whose decomposition temperature was 438℃ were synthesized.Duc to the valence bond of boron the resin has saturated and chelate ring with oxygen and carbon,the moisture proof of resin was improved considerably.The high-temperature resistance of brake with this resin as matrix is enhanced.
