T31—环氧树脂固化体系研究Ⅱ、电阻应变丝法测残余应力

摘要: 把0.008mm的电阻应变丝埋入树脂与玻璃界面层并作为一臂接入直流电桥,测定等温固化时电桥不平衡电压可以求取因固化反应树脂体积收缩而引起的残余应力。由此测定的T31-环氧树脂E51体系与玻璃间界面层的残余剪切应力为107Pa量级,比味唑—环氧树脂和三乙醇胺—环氧树脂的都来得小。Abstract: The residual stress arising from the volume shrinkage on curing can be measured by means of measuring the nenequilibrium voltage of bridge which consists of a straingage resistance immersing into the surface layer of resin as an arm.By using the method,we measured the residual shear stresses with an order of 10'Pa for T31-Epoxy resin system which is small compared with imidazole-epoxy resin and triethanolamine-epoxy resin system,
