烧结工艺对碳纤维增强银、铜复合材料物理性能的影响

摘要: 金属基复合材料的工艺性能是至关重要的性能之一。本文通过对碳纤维增强银、铜复合材料物理性能的测定证实了复合材料的烧结工艺对其物理性能存在显著影响。在复合材料烧结成型过程中由于碳纤维的作用不能任意沿用普通粉末冶金工艺方法。Abstract: Processing is one of the most important aspects of metal matrix composites.The physical properties of carbon fibre reinforced silver and copper composites were measured to prove the effect of sintering processing on the properties of composites.The characteristic of short carbon fibre must be considered owing to the influence of carbon fibre on the sintering processing of composite.
