纤维增强聚合物复合材料的三相动态粘弹模型及其界面结构参数
A THREE-PHASE DYNAMIC VISCOELASTIC MODEL AND ITS PARAMETERS OF INTERFACIAL STRUCTURE IN FRP

摘要: 本文以复合材料界面作为中间相(界面相),借助Takayanagi的两相共混模型及Ziege的修正公式,导出了单向纤维增强聚合物复合材料的三相动态粘弹共混模型,得到了界面层的几何结构混合参数(ri、Vi、λL及中间参数B)及界面相的各个动态粘弹性参数.这些参数可以根据复合材料的动态粘弹性实验结果求得,利用上述导出的模型,对玻璃纤维单向增强不饱和聚酯的动态粘弹性进行了试验,结果表明,随着温度的变化,界面相的厚度ri、体积分数Vi及动态粘弹参数也会发生一定的变化,存在着界面相与基体相之间的相互转变.Abstract: With Takayanagi's two-phase blended model and Ziege's modified equation,and by taking composite interface as a medium phase (interphase),this paper derives a three-phase blended model of dynamic viscoelasticity from one-dimension FRP(fibcr reinforced polymer composite),and obtains the mixing parameters of geometric Structure in the interfacial layer (r,V,λ and medium parameter Band every dynamic viscoelastic parameter of interphase.Those parameters can be gained from the result of the dynamic viscoelastic experiment with FRP.Through the experiment of unidirectional fiber reinforced polyester with the given model,the result shoes that the thickness of interphaser and the fraction of volume V change with the temponature,and so do the dynamic viscoelastic parameters of interface.The interchange takes place between in1erphase and matrix phase.
