主动控制裂纹扩展的一种新型复合材料构件的研究

摘要: 将形状记忆合金—NiTi丝复合于普通材料构件内,杂交成一种新型复合材料构件,使其具有传感元件和作动元件的特殊功能,可以用于对构件内部裂纹的扩展进行主动控制,本文利用光弹技术和云纹干涉技术对上述材料构件进行了试验研究,证明主动控制裂纹扩展的效果是明显的。Abstract: In this paper,the Shape Memory Alloy-NiTi wires are embeded in the epoxy plate and AL-plate.The photoelastic experiment,Moire' interferometry experiment and numerical analysis are investigated.The experiment and calculation result show that the effect of activly control of the crack growth for this novel composite component is obvious.
