SiCp/Al复合材料的磨损特性分析

TRIBOLOGICAL BEHAVIOR OF Al-SiCp COMPOSITES

  • 摘要: 本文研究了SiC颗粒增强铝基(ZL102)复合材料的磨损特性。结果表明,SiC颗粒的加入可提高材料的耐磨性,复合材料与基体合金相比,磨损速率相当低,而且其抗粘着磨损能力更强,磨损性能与增强相数量、分布及界面结合有关。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the tribological behavior of ZL102/SiCp composite was investigated.The results indicate that the wear resistance of SiCp/Al composites is improved as SiC particles are mixed.Comparing the composite with its matrix alloy,it is found that the former has muchlower wear rate and better smeared wear resistance.The wear property of the composite depends on the amount and distribution of its reinforcemeat,as well as the interface condition between the reinforcement and matrix.
