摘要: 本文提出反应自生复合(RSC)材料生长的Extended Vapor-Liquid Solid(EVLS)机制。以Al-2.96Mg-7.60Si为母材制备RSC材料,并运用光学显微分析、SEM及EPMA等技术手段,对EVLS模型进行了实验分析研究和验证。

Abstract: A new model describing the Extended Vapor-Liquid-Solid(EVLS) mechanism is proposed for revealing the growth of Reactive Self-composiing (RSC) material formed by direct oxidation of parent metal (Al_2.96Mg-7.60Si) at hight temperature.EVLS model has been investigated by mesas of optical microscopic analysis,SEM and EPMA.All the experimeats conducted demonstrate the EVLS model.-
