环氧树脂体系复合材料固化流变性研究

摘要: 本文以环氧基(AG-80/DDS-MEA·BF3)复合材料为对象,借助RMS(Rhe Ometric Mechanical specgrometry)流变仪,研究了复合材料树脂基体的流变特性:储能模量G'、损耗模量G"、损耗角正切tanδ和动态粘度η*的温度谱、时间谱,充分反映出国化过程中树脂体系微观分子运动与其流变特性之间的关系,并且为合理制定固化工艺参数提供了科学依据。Abstract: The main objective of this thesis is to investigate the rheological behavior of AG-80/DDS-MEA·BF3 epoxy rein system by means of Rheomecrics Mechanical Spectrometry.The experiments show that the temperature and lime spectrums of G'、G" tan δ and η* exhibit the relation-ship between the molecular motion and rheological behavior of the resin system during curing,providing the curing parameter for the composite system.
