玻璃陶瓷基复合材料制造工艺的探讨

RESEARCH ON THE PROCESSING OF GLASS-CERAMIC MATRIX COMPOSITES

  • 摘要: 本文研究了碳纤维增强微晶玻璃复合材计的制造工艺。基体采用三种材料:金云母可切削微晶玻璃,锂云母和LAS微晶玻璃。在实验室内采用粉末烧结法研制出这种材料样品。本文在成型工艺上作了改进,对关键工艺——粘接成型引入溶胶凝胶法。本文探讨了适合复合材料制造工艺的溶胶配方和工艺,改进了其使用方法。本文还利用物化检测手段对这三种微晶玻璃复合材料进行了分析对比,其性能仍保持了原基体材料的优良性能。

     

    Abstract: This paper deals with the manufacture of carbon fiber reinforced glass-ceramic matrix composites.Three kinds of matrlcs are used machinable phlogopite glass-seramic,icpidolite glass-ceramic and LAS glassceramic.The composite sampics are prepared by powdersintering method in laboratory.This paper improves the normal manufacture process with introducing sol-gel method in composite forming process—the key part of the powdersintering process.According to the principle of sol-gel method,the paper investigate of sol-gel formula appropriated for composite manufacture,and also makes analysis and comparison on these three kinds of glass-ceramic composites with their monolithic metrics by means of physical and chemical test method.
