原位复合材料——热致液晶聚合物微纤增强热塑性树脂

IN-SITU COMPOSITES-THERMOPLASTICS REINFORCED BY FIBRILS OF THERMOTROPIC LIQUID CRYSTALLINE POLYMERS

  • 摘要: 用热致液晶聚合物微纤增强热塑性树脂制备原位复合材料是增强热塑性树脂的一个新途径。本文从材料组成、形态结构、性能、加工,成本等方面对这一复合材料的研究现状作了综述,并与纤维增强塑料的诸方面加以对比,以展示这种增强新途径的优势、潜力和前景。

     

    Abstract: Thermoplastics reinforced by fibrils of thermotropic liquid crystalline polymers,so-called in-situ composites,have shown a new approach to reinforcing thermoplastics.Recent research works on in-situ composites are reviewed on the.a.spects of material ingredients,microstrucfiure and morphology,performances,processing and cost.A comparison of in-situ composites with fiber-reinforced thermoplastics has been conducted,which indicates the advantage,potential and prosperous future of this new approach.
