汽车轮胎的三维有限元结构分析

3D FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF RADIAL TIRE

  • 摘要: 本文从轮胎内部材料微结构出发,建立三维分析模型,考虑轮胎大位移引起的几何非线性,轮胎各部位材料的物理非线性和拉压不同模量,考虑了轮胎与地面接触区域的可动性,通过一参数来提高预测接触区域的准确性,并用白光散斑干涉计量技术测定轮胎表面的大位移场,结果表明计算与实验结果是吻合的。

     

    Abstract: Based on the micro-structure of materials in a tire,a 3D analysis model is presented in this paper.Geometrically nonlinear behavior resulted from large displacement,physically nonlinear behavior and bi-modulus of materials of various parts of the tire are considered.For changeable contact field with road,a parameter is used to improve the accuracy of hypothetical contact field.The incandescent Light Spectra Technique is used to measuer the surface displacement field of the tire,a comparison of theoretical and experimental results show a good agreement.
