复合电镀层中SiC粒子与Ni之间的高温界面反应

HIGH TEMPERATURE INTERFACIAL REACTION BETWEEN GRANULAR SiC AND Ni IN A COMPOSITE PLATING

  • 摘要: 本文研究了高温下Ni/SiC复合镀层中SiC粒子与Ni之间的界面反应.结果表明,温度高于600℃,保温1小时,Ni/SiC界面反应明显发生.对应于600℃、800℃和1000℃的反应产物分别是Ni3Si、Ni5Si2和Ni2Si.指出了该镀层耐磨性与反应产物存在的间接关系.
    Abstract: The interfacial reaction between granular SiC and nickel in Ni/SiC composite plating at high temperature was studied.The results show that obvious interfacial reactions took place in the plating an annealing it at 600℃,800℃ and 1000℃ for 1 hour. The corresponin g products are Ni3Si, Ni5Si2 and Ni2Si, respectively.The resistance to wear of the platings relate to the products of the interfacial reactions indirectly.
