一种求解各向异性夹芯复合材料锥壳弯曲、稳定和振动问题的有效方法

AN EFFECTIVE APPROACH FOR BENDING, BUCKLING AND VIBRATION OF ANISOTROPIC SANDWICHED COMPOSITE CONICAL SHELLS

  • 摘要: 本文首先从理论上推导了夹芯复合材料叠层锥壳弹性常数的一般关系式;其次,建立了一种适用于具有对称铺层的各向异性夹芯复合材料叠层锥壳弯曲.稳定和振动问题的精确分析理论;在此基础上提出了一种半解析半离散的具有有限无法特征的分段算法,该方法可解决沿轴向变厚度、变铺层角、含开口锥壳和任意旋转壳的弯曲,稳定和振动问题:为便于工程应用,本文还给出了一种简明,有效的近似方法-(分段)等效圆柱壳法.计算结果表明,本文的分析方法是十分有效的.

     

    Abstract: A general expression for elastic constants of sandwiched composite conical shells is deduced in this paper.An accurate theory to analyze the bending,buckling and vitration of anisotropic sardwiched conical shell swith symmetric orientations is established,based on which a semi-analytical,semi-discrete sectioning algorithm with the characteristics of finite element method is constructed,which can deal with the bending,buckling and vibration of sliells with axially variable thickness,variable orientation,and shells with holes,or arbitrary rotating shells.For engineering purpose,a simple and effective approximate method cectioning equivalent cylinder method is presented.Calculation shows that the method described in this paper is efficient.
