一种树脂基复合材料断裂表面的分析特征

FRACTAL CHARACTERIZATION OF FRACTURED SURFACES IN A RESIN BASED COMPOSITE

  • 摘要: 测定了短碳纤维增强酚酞型聚芳醚砜(PES—C)复合材料的断裂性能(平面应变断裂韧性K1c及裂纹扩展力G1c)随碳纤维体积分数(0~40vol.%)的关系.同时采用小岛(Slit Island)方法测定各试样断裂面的分形维数Df.G1c的对数值与Df有近似的反变关系.由断裂微观机制解释所得实验结果.

     

    Abstract: The fracture properties such as fracture toughness,K1c,and crack extension force,G1c in a series of short carbon fibre (CF) reinforced polyarylethersulfone with cardo groups (PES-C) composites with different CF content have been measuerd.Meantime,the fractal dimensions Df, of fractured surfaces have been determined by means of slit island method. The results show that Df decreases smoothly with the increasing of lnG1c. An analysis of relationship between Cf and G1c was given on the basis of fracture micromechanism of composite.
