碳化过程中PAN基碳纤维结构与力学性能变化的研究

PROGRESSION OF MORPHOLOGICAL STRUCTURE AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF PAN OXIDIZED FIBER IN CARBONIZATION STAGE

  • 摘要: 本工作采用连续式实验装置与方法,借助热重分析、密度分析、气相色谱、X射线衍射、俄歇能谱、金相显微镜与力学性能测试等技术,系统地研究了PAN热氧稳定化纤维在连续碳化过程中纤维结构与力学性能的变化关系,并对提高碳纤维力学性能的途径进行了探讨。研究结果表明:在碳纤维的形成过程中,纤维结构的变化与力学性能的变化密切相关;纤维结构中存在的序态结构的规整性与截面结构的均匀性将对碳纤维力学性能产生重要影响。

     

    Abstract: The development of morphological structure and change of mechanical properities of Polyacrylonitrile oxidized fiber were systematitally characterized in the continuous carbonization process by means of TG, density measurement,gas chromatography,WAXD, AES-SIMS, metal-lograph,SEM as well as mechanical testing.The effects of different ways on improving the properties of resulting carbon fibers were presented and compared on experimental basis.Results show the intimate relation between rearrangement of structural features and revolution of mechanical Propertics.The extent of perfection is morphological structure and uniformity of cross-seetion surface of PAN oxidized fiber exnibit a great inflaence on final carbon fiber properties.
