  • 摘要: 本文选用优化方法合成得到新型环氧树脂固化剂砜醚二胺(SED)。用FTIR研究了四官能环氧树脂(Ag-80)与该种固化剂的固化反应机理。结果表明,温度低于200℃,以伯胺基-环氧基、羟基-环氧基之间的缩合反应为主;温度高于200℃,以仲胺基-环氧基之间的缩合反应为主。用TBA技术研究体系的固化过程,得到时间-温度-转变(TTT)状态图,可供制定复合材料的固化工艺参考。最后,制备了浇铸体,测定其性能,表明新型固化体系与DDS体系相比,韧性提高,耐湿性显著改善。
    Abstract: In this paper, a novel aromatic diamines curing agent, sulfone ether diamines (SED),was prepared with an optimum method.The mechanism of curing reaction of tetra functional epoxy (Ag-80)/novel curing agent (SED)was studied with FTIR. The results show that the main curing reaction can be attributed to the reactions between the primary aminepoxide and between the hydroxyl-epoxide when temperature is below 200℃ and to the reaction between the secondary amine-epoxide when temperature is above 200℃.The curing process of the system was studied with TBA, andtime-temperature-transformation(TTT) cure diagram was obtained, which provides valid foundation for determining the curing conditions of carbon fibre-reinfor-ced composites.Finally,the castings were prepared and their properties were determined. According to the experimental results, the toughness and especially,moisture resistance of the novel curing system increase compared with DDS system.
