复合材料层板双悬臂梁试样应变能释放率的有限元分析

FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF STRAIN-ENERGY-RELEASE RATE FOR DOUBLE-CANTILEVER BEAM SPECIMEN

  • 摘要: 本文用四边形八节点等参有限元对用于测定复合材料层板I型层间断裂韧度的双悬臂梁式样(DCB)的层间应变能释放率进行了二维有限元分析,并与简单弯曲理论解及修正后的简单弯曲理论解进行了对比,探讨了裂纹长度、试样厚度以及试样厚度方向弹性模量对应变能释放率的简单弯曲理论解的计算精度的影响。
    Abstract: Two-dimensional finite element analysis of the double-cantilever beam specimen was performed using 8-node isoparametric,quadrilateral elements to evaluate compliance and strain-energy-release rate GI. The GI values were computed using J-integral method. The effects of the carck length,the thickness of specimen and the modular in thickness direction on the evaluation of GI according to simple-beam-theory were investigated.
