TG-DTA-MS STUDIES OF SiC FIBRE-REINFORCED GLASS-CERAMIC MATRIX COMPOSITE

  • 摘要: 本文首次用TG-DTA-MS联用技术对SiC纤维/LAS微晶玻璃复合材料的热分解过程、机制及其与晶化的关系进行了研究。提出了该复合材料界面形成碳层的热力学和质谱分析判别依据,并对晶化前后的复合材料的热分解行为作了实验对比和理论分析。
    Abstract: This paper presents a study of the mechanism for thermal decomposition of SiC fibre reinforced glass-ceramic matrix composite and the relation to crystallization by TG-DTA-MS coupling technique. The thermodynamic and mas spectroscopy analysis for the composite SiC of forming carbon layer on the interphase of the composite SiC fibre/LAS are presented. A comparison between experimental phenomena and theoretical analysis for the thermal decomposition behaviour of both composite SiC fibre/LAS (crystallized and without crystallized) is also made.
