碳/双马来酰亚胺层板加压冲击后的损伤研究

摘要: 本文对预压碳/双马来酰亚胺层板进行了冲击试验.运用超声C扫描,金相技术和揭层法对冲击损伤进行了细致观察与描述,得到了较全面的细观损伤面貌.研究表明,分层是其主要损伤形式,并几乎分布在所有界面上.分层的形状不规则,但主方向均沿着界面下层纤维方向.分层面积与相邻两层的铺层方向间的夹角及铺层顺序有关.预加压对其内部分层分布有较大影响,最大的分层处于层板背面部分接近中面的界面上.Abstract: Impact tests of compressed T300/QY8911 laminates are carried out in this paper. Ultrasonic scanning,metallographic technique and deplying method are used to give a careful observation and description of impact damage,and relatively comprehensive microscopic damage features are obtained.Studies show that delamination is the major damage form and occurs in almost all interfaces.The shape of every delamination is irregular,and the axis of it coincides with the fiber orientation of the lamina beneath the interface.The delamination area is related to the angle between fiber directions of two adjacent laminate and stacking sequence of them.The pre-compression has a greater effect on the distribution of inner delaminations,and the most serious delamination is located at the interface near the midplane at the back of the laminate.
