铝合金基石墨复合材料的阻尼行为

DAMPING BEHAVIOR OF GRAPHITE/ALUMINIUM ALLOY COMPOSITES

  • 摘要: 用内耗技术研究了石墨颗粒/铝硅复合材料的低频阻尼行为,考查了阻尼对石墨含量、测量频率、温度和应变振帽的依赖关系以及相应的弹性模量的变化,比较了铸态和挤压变形复合材料的阻尼特征.对其阻尼机制作了初步的探讨.

     

    Abstract: Damping behavior at low frequency was studied on aluminium silicon-matrix graphite particles composites with the method of internal friction technique.The dependence of damping on graphite content,frequency,temperature,strain amplitude,and the variation of elastic modulus were investigated.The damping characteristics of as-cast and as-extruded composites were compared.The preliminary inquiry was made on the damping mechanisms of the composite materials.
