聚砜类原位复合材料微纤结构的形成

FORMATION MICROFIBER STRUCTURE IN-SITU COMPOSITES OF POL YSULFONE AND LIQUID CRYSTALINE COPOLYESTER

  • 摘要: 合成了二种液晶性共聚酯Bp-LCP和BPM-LCP,将低分子量和高分子量的共聚酯以不同的配比分别与聚砜类共混制备原位复合材料.探讨了液晶共聚酯的分子结构、分子量和组分含量对原位复合材料微纤形成的影响,以及剪切力和拉伸力对微纤结构的作用,讨论了各种因素在形成微纤中的相互牵制的关系,并提出相容性与微纤关系的初步观点.研究获得,分子量高的Bp-LCP当含量较多时,在聚砜类中能形成显着的微纤结构.
    Abstract: Two thermotropic copolyeters BP-LCP and BPM-LCP have been synthesised.A series of in-situ somposites which composed of polysulfone and copolyesters with different molecular weight have been prepared.The effects of chain structure,molecular weight and content of.LCP on formation of microfiber have been discussed,and the action of shear and stretch on microfiber been investigated.It is proposed that the lower of the compatibility, the better of the microfiber.And the results obtained show that the remakable microfiber is formed when the content of high molecular weight BP-LCP is more.
