金属间化合物基复合材料的界面反应──热力学计算预测
INTERFACIAL REACTION OF INTEKMETALLICS MATRIX COMPOSITES──A THERMODYNAMIC PREDICTION

摘要: 采用热力学基本原理,在已有假设和两个模型基础上,编制了一套通用的计算程序。系统研究了五种金属间化合物:Ti3Al、TiAl、FeAl、NiAI和NbAl3,和十种陶瓷材料:B4C、SiC、TiC;TiB、TiB2、AlB12;TiN、AlN;SiO2、Al2O3的化学反应性。从而对于上述金属间化合物基体,初步确认了合适的增强剂材料。Abstract: According to the basic thermodynamic principle and the previous models,a computer program is developed to analyse the interfacial reaction of intermetallics matrix composites. Five intermetallics matrices,Ti3Al,TiAl,FeAl,NiAl and NbAl3,and ten ceramocs reinforcements,B4C,SiC,TiC;TiB,TiB2,AlB12;TiN,AlN;SiO2,Al203 are investigated. Thus,for a given intermetallics matrix,the potential suitable reinforcement materials are identified.
