用复合材料三基圆技术成型竹/玻璃钢桥

FORMATION OF BAMBOO/GLASS FIBER REINFORCED PLASTICS BRIDGES BY THE TECHNIQUE OF THREE BASIC CIRCLE COMPOSITEMATERIALS

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了用复合材料三基圆技术成型竹/玻璃钢桥的成型工艺.桥梁是一种大型工程承力构件,目前广泛使用的钢筋混凝土桥、石桥和钢桁梁桥,由于自身重量大,所用材料的40~60%用于支承自身重量,而竹/玻璃钢桥成本低,重量轻,仅有约10%的材料用于承受自身重量.实验表明,利用复合材料三基圆技术成型的结构有十分优良的性能.

     

    Abstract: An introduction is presented to the formation process of bamboo/glass fiber reinforced plastics bridges by using the formation technique of three basic circle composite materials.In the present widely-used reinforced concrete bridges,stone bridges,and steel-girder bridges,up to 40-50% of the material is employed to support their own weight due to the heavy weight of the material itself,whereas a bamboo/glass fiber reinforced plastics bridge is featurde by its light weight and low cost.Experiments show that excellent properties of structures can be obtained by applying the formation technique of the three basic circle composite materials.
