STUDY ON CREEP PROPERTY OF ARALL

  • 摘要: 本文研究了施加不同预应力及含不同胶粘剂的ARALL层板130℃时的蠕变特性,利用唯像分析的方法,采用陈化理论对实验得到的层板蠕变曲线进行了拟合,并且采用宏观与微观机理相结合的方法对其进行了分析.结果表明,ARALL层板的蠕变主要是由铝合金决定的,施加预应力使ARALL层板残余应力下降,从而降低了层板的蠕变程度.另一方面,采用高模量胶粘剂体系有利于降低层板的蠕应变量.
    Abstract: The creep property of ARALL laminates at 130℃ with different prestresses and different adhesives is investigated respectively in this paper.It imitated the creep curves of the laminates by using the aging theory which is one of the phenomenological analysis methods,and analysed them through combining macro-phenomenon and micro-mechanism.The results show that the creep of ARALL is mainly due to aluminium alloy,and applying prestress lowers the residual stress of the laminates,so the creep strain is reduced.On the other hand,adopting the adhesive with high modulus is advantageous to lowering the creep strain of the laminates.
