THE INTERFACIAL PROPERTIES IN SiC(Nicalon)/Al COMPOSITES

  • 摘要: 本文建立了国内第一台复合材料界面强度原位测试仪(ISISTI).对SiC(Nicalon)/Al复合材料中选定的单纤维进行了顶出测试,并对界面结合强度进行了分析.结果表明:SiC(Nlcalon)/Al复合材料的界面结合强度与复合工艺条件之间具有明显的对应关系.本文为进一步评价界面反应程度、指导复合材料工艺研究提供了有效的手段.

     

    Abstract: The processing parameter of SiC(Nicalon)/Al composites can influence interfacial bonding status between fiber and matrix.This paper established an in situ interfacial strength testing instrument (ISISTI).Based on this ISISTI,the single-fiber push-out test and the analysis of the interfacial bonding strength for Nicalon/Al composites have been carried out.The results indicate that the data of interfacial bonding strength in Nicalon/Al composites evidently correspond to the processing condition.Therefore,this paper offers a method available for evaluating the interfacial chemical reaction and directing composites processing.
