摘要: 本文讨论了有机PTC电路保护元件的绝缘阻氧层。实验结果表明,覆有氧渗透率小于4×10⁹cc/cm²/mm/sec/cmHg(25℃)的环氧涂层的有机PTC电路保护元件电稳定性得到提高。

Abstract: The isolated oxygen barrier layer of circuit protection devices consisting of organic PTC (positive temperature coefficient)is studied. The experimental results indicate that the electrical.stability of the devices is improved when they are covered with an epoxy resins layer of which oxygen permeability rate is less than 4×10^-9cc/cm²/mm/sec/cm Hg at 25℃.
