引发剂对双马来酰亚胺树脂固化反应的影响

EFFECTS OF INITIATOR ON CURING REACTION OFBMI RESIN

  • 摘要: 本文研究了有机过氧化物引发剂对低介电损耗的改性双马来酞亚胺树脂4501A固化反应的影响。4501A树脂的主要成份为N.N'二苯甲烷双马来酞亚胺和二烯丙基苯基化合物。DSC、凝胶特性、材料性能等测试结果表明,引发剂能显着降低树脂的固化温度。本文还研究了含有引发剂的树脂浇铸体和复合材料的性能。结果表明,引发剂对树脂的介电性能没有影响,而显着地提高了树脂的热变形温度。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,effects of peroxlde on curing reaction of modified BMI resin (designed as 4501A)with low dielectric loss were studied.Baslc components of 4501A are N,N'-blsmaleimidodiphenyl methane and allylphenyl compound.Tests,such as DSC analysis,gel characteristics of resin and propertles of neat resin show that the inltlator can strikingly reduce the curing temperature of resln.Propertles of both neat resin and composlte contalning initiator were all shown.Results indicated that the initiator has no effect on dielectric properties of neat resin but can greatly improve its heat distortion temperature.
