航空复合材料树脂基体的现状及发展

PRESENT STATE AND FUTURE DEVELOPMENT OF THE RESIN MATRIX IN AlRCRAFT COMPOSITE MATERIALS

  • 摘要: 本文综述航空用复合材料的现状及发展情况。归纳了航空航天技术对复合材料的性能要求。将树脂基复合材料按其在飞机上应用部位的不同而进行分类,并提出相应的要求。明确指出树脂基体在决定材料性能中的重要作用,介绍了发达国家在这方面的作法,对我国在复合材料树脂基体方面的工作进行分析,找出差距。最后,就如何借鉴国外经验,根据国内现状开发和完善自身体系而提出建议。

     

    Abstract: A review is given as to the state of affairs and future trends of aircraft composite materials.Summarized are the properties the composites have to Possess,in order to meet the requirements set by the aeronautlcal and astronautical technology.Resin matrlx Composites are classified according to their applications to different components of the aircraft,and their corresponding different properties requirernents are Put forward.It is clearly pointed out that the resin matrix plays an important role in determining the material properties.The approaches to this respect are analyzed and the gaps between home and abroad are found.Finally some suggestions are made on how to make use of the foreign experlence,and how to develop and perfect our own series according to domestic conditions.
