Cu-Al2O3复合材料的制造工艺对组织、性能的影响

摘要: 本文研究使用Cu-0.3l%Al合金水雾化粉末,其粒度为74μm以下(-200目),进行内氧化处理得到Cu-Al2O3粉末,经等静压压坯→烧结→裸锭热挤压→冷轧工艺制造的材料密度为8.8g/cm3,强度σb为608MPa,硬度HV为529MPa,电阻率ρ为2.2μcm.对材料的金属膜电镜分析表明:组织中分布看γ-Al2O3微粒,它的平均尺寸150A,微粒间距离约200A左右.Abstract: In this paper,inner-oxidizing of Cu-0.31% Al alloy wateratomized powder and Cu-Al2O3 composite made from the powder was studied.The material was manufactured using powder metallurgy processing and its main properties are as follows:σb=608MPa,HV=1529MPa,resistivity=2.2μΩ·cm, density=8.8g/cm3.
