STUDY OF THE INTERFACIAL REACTION IN TITANIUM-BASED MATRIX COMPOSITES

  • 摘要: 本文研究了TiC颗粒增强钛基复合材料的界面反应,发现围绕TiC颗粒周围的界面层是非化学计量比.同时也讨论了反应层宽度与加热温度之间的关系.
    Abstract: Interfacial reactions have been investigated in Titanium-based matrix composites.It has been found that there is a non-stoichiometric interface formed around each TiC particle.The relation between heat treatment and interfacial layer width is also discussed.
