压铸SiCw/Al复合材料的热物理性能研究

THERMAL PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF SQUEEZE CASTING SiCw/Al COMPOSITES

  • 摘要: 本文对用挤压铸造法制备的SiCw/Al复合材料的热膨胀系数和热传导率进行了测试和分析。结果表明;随温度的提高,SiCw/Al复合材料和铝合金的热膨胀系数均明显增加。经人工时效处理的复合材料热膨胀系数比铸态略有降低,而经-196℃深冷处理的复合材料表现出最低的热膨胀系数。另外,随晶须含量的提高,SiCw/Al复合材料的热膨胀系数明显降低,并且热传导率有所下降。
    Abstract: Abstract The coefficient of thermal expansion and thermal conductivity of the squeeze casting SiCw/Al composites were measured and analyzed. The experimental results showed that with the increasing temperature, the coefficients of thermal expansion of both SiCw/Al composite and aluminium alloy are increased. The coefficient of thermal expansion of the T 6 state SiCw/Al composite is lower than that of the as-cast composite, and the deep-cooled(-196℃) SiCw/Al composite shows the lowest coefficient of thermal expansion. It is also found that with the increase of the whisker volumefraction, the coefficient of thermal expanlion of the SiCw/Al composite is obviously decreased, and the thermal conductivity of the composite is also decreased.
