复合材料板弹簧的结构设计及其应力场分析

摘要: 在本项研究工作中,我们设计制作了一种新型结构形式的汽车板弹簧-玻璃/环氧单片夹层板弹簧.利用有限元方法对该结构内部的应力场和位移场进行了研究.经过电测法验证的计算结果表明,该结构设计具有优越性.Abstract: A new type of structure of vehicleplate spring-glass/epoxy cliping layer plate spring was designed and manufactured. Finite elementmet hod is used to study stress and place moving field inside the structure and electric measure method is utilized to verify the result of calculation. At the end, the advantage of this structure design is explained.
