FIBRILLATION OF THERMOTROPIC LIQUID CRYSTALLINE POLYMER AS DISPERSED PHASE IN THERMOPLASTIC MATRIX

  • 摘要: 在流变分析和形貌分析的基础上,根据Taylor、Cox、Grace等模型,研究了热致液晶高分子分散相的原位成纤条件与微成纤过程,并以We数、粘度比、生存寿命等参数表征了热致液晶高分子分散相的成纤行为。结果发现,理论计算与实测值吻合良好。
    Abstract: Based on rheological and morphological examinations,the formation behavior and the fibrillation conditions of a thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer as a dispersed phase in a thermoplastic matrix have been studied using models by Taylor,Cox and Grace. The fibrillation development has been characterized by We-number.viscosity ratio and critical burst time. The resuits show satisfactory agreement between the theoretical calculations and the experimental determmations.
