PZT对Ni-Zn铁氧体衰减电磁波能力的影响

EFFECT OF PZT ON ATTENUATION ABILITY OF Ni Zn FERRITE

  • 摘要: 研究了Ni-Zn铁氧体与锆钛酸铅PZT复合材料在1~1000MHz范围内对电磁波的衰减情况.结果表明,PZT由于具有铁电性与铁磁性共存特点,在1~1000MHz范围内有较好的吸波能力.在Ni-Zn铁氧体中添加PZT后可提高Ni-Zn铁氧体在100MHz以下频段对电磁波的衰减能力,在>100MHz频段后则降低对电磁波的哀减能力.

     

    Abstract: The attenuation ability in the range 1~1000 MHz of composite consisting of PZT and Ni-Zn ferrite was studied. It was found out that PZT is a kind of material that is both ferroelectric and ferrom agnetic, so its attenuation ability is good. The at tenuation ability of composite consisting of PZT and Ni-Zn ferrite is greater than that of Ni-Zn ferrite in the range below 100 MHz, which is not to be found in the range of 100~1000 MHz.
