50CrMoV钢脉冲放电涂层的激光重熔
LASER REMELTING OF A PULSE DISCHARGE COATING ON 50CrMoV STEEL

摘要: 利用透射电镜、X射线衍射仪等实验手段研究了激光重熔50CrMoV钢脉冲放电涂层的组织与性能.结果表明,放电沉积后经激光重熔可使强化层硬度高达HV0.11600以上.试验分析认为,强化层的高硬度主要因激光超细化、高位错密度以及一定量的碳(氮)化物存在所致.Abstract: After remelted by laser,the pulse discharge coating was studied by TEM,XRD and hardness measurement for microstructure and microhardness.The results shiwed that the hardness of the coating was up to HV0.11600 and even higher,which was due to the superfine structure,high density dislocations and carbonides and the coating.
