Abstract: Major advancement of TPS (Thermal Protection System) composites at home and aboard is briefly summarized, focusing on ablative TPS composites, non(minimal) ablative TPS composites, high-performance insulative composites and high-temperature microwave transparent composites. Breakthroughs and progress in our country are introduced, and the future development trends of thermal protection composites are discussed.
