圆柱形胞元蜂窝夹芯板梁理论的研究

摘要: 为了研究蜂窝夹芯板梁受压塌陷的原因, 建立了圆柱形胞元蜂窝夹芯胞元壳的轴向受压理论分析模型, 推导了圆柱形胞元蜂窝夹芯板梁临界压应力的计算公式, 提出了一种全新的迭代优化设计方法, 给出了一套较完整的分析设计理论。通过用3D 有限元数值模拟技术, 对铝质圆柱形蜂窝胞元壳进行模拟, 结果与公式的计算值吻合较好。该研究对进一步完善蜂窝夹芯板梁理论提供依据。Abstract: To investigate the subsiding of honeycomb sandwich panel or beam , a theoretic model of a circular cellhoneycomb subjected to axial loading is developed. The formulas of the critical press st ress on the skin are derived ,a perfect design theory of honeycomb sandwich panel or beam is established , and a novel method of iterative optimization design is presented. Finally , the result with a numeric simulation method verifies that the theoretic model inthis paper is accurate and efficient . The study will provide an important theoretical basis for advanced improvementof the honeycomb sandwich plate or beam.
