CeO2 / TiO2 复合体系的有序介孔结构表征

CHARACTERIZATION OF THE ORDERED MESOPOROUS STRUCTUREOF CeO2 / TiO2 COMPOSITES

  • 摘要: 通过有机模板-溶剂热-超临界流体干燥法获得四方相TiO2有序介孔(2~4 nm) 粉体, 利用浸泡沉淀法将CeO2 填充到TiO2的介孔孔道中, 并用HREM、TEM、BET 等分析技术, 对CeO2 / TiO2 复合体系的有序介孔结构进行了表征, 初步探讨了TiO2 介孔结构和CeO2 纳米团簇结构的形成机理。结果表明, 所制备的CeO2 /TiO2 体系实现了纳米尺寸结构的均匀复合。

     

    Abstract: The ordered mesoporous powders of TiO2 with tet ragonal st ructure were prepared by an organic surfaceactive agent, solvent thermal synthesis and supercritical flux drying techniques, then the CeO2 was stuffed into themesopores of TiO2 powders by an int rusive precipitation method. The ordered mesoporous st ructure of CeO2 / TiO2composites was characterized by use of TEM, HREM, BET, etc. The formation mechanisms of the mesoporousst ructure of TiO2 and the st ructure of nano-CeO2 atomic group were investigated. The result s show that the CeO2 /TiO2 system has achieved the homogeneous composite st ructure in nano-size.
