Abstract:
The influences of two kinds of bonding layer materials and different thicknesses at two locations on theinternal f riction characteristics of the seven layer anisot ropic laminated damped st ructures were investigated by dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA Q800) . The experimental result s show that the temperature characteristics of thest ructural internal f riction with pressure sensitive adhesive as bonding materials are better than with epoxy resinwhile the experimental temperature is lower than the T
g of the damping material. The influences of different thicknesses at different locations on the temperature and f requency characteristics of internal f riction are different , andthe st ructural frequency characteristics keep close relation to the materials and the thicknesses , and the thicker thelayer , the better the st ructural temperature characteristics.
