木质素磺酸钙/高密度聚乙烯复合材料的力学性能

Mechanical properties of calcium lignosulfonate/high density polyethylene composites

  • 摘要: 采用木质素磺酸钙(CL)填充高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)制备CL/HDPE复合材料,利用SEM、DSC、XRD对CL/HDPE复合材料进行表征,并对其强度、蠕变行为及应力松弛等力学性能进行测试。结果表明,CL/HDPE复合材料具有良好的结合界面和热稳定性;CL的加入可以提高CL/HDPE复合材料的弯曲强度,但对其冲击强度会产生不利影响;CL含量的增加有利于提高CL/HDPE复合材料的抗蠕变性能和抗应力松弛能力,而温度的升高会对CL/HDPE复合材料的蠕变行为和应力松弛产生不利影响。

     

    Abstract: Calcium lignosulfonate (CL) was used to fill high density polyethylene (HDPE) to prepare CL/HDPE composites, the composites were characterized by SEM, DSC, XRD, and the mechanical properties such as strength, creep behavior and stress relaxation of CL/HDPE composites were tested. The results show that the CL/HDPE composites have good the bonding interface and the thermal stability; the addition of CL can improve the flexural strength, but it can lead a negative effect on the impact strength of CL/HDPE composites; the increase of CL content can improve the creep resistance and stress relaxation, but the increase of temperature can lead a negative effect on the creep behavior and stress relaxation of CL/HDPE composites.
