四苯醚酮双炔聚合—固化过程及其聚合物的动态力学行为

摘要: 本文用扭辫分析(TBA)和红外光谱研究了双[4—(4—乙炔基苯氧基)苯基]酮(简称四苯醚酮双炔)的热聚合—固化过程及其聚合物的动态力学行为,以便为拟定四苯醚酮双炔合理的聚合—固化条件及了解其聚合物热行为提供科学依据。热力谱的结果可以明显地表征四苯醚酮双炔的熔化及其低温区和高温区的化学反应特征,以及其聚合物的玻璃化转变和分解反应等均理—化学转变行为。实验结果表明,四苯醚酮双炔聚合物的玻璃化温度极大地取决于聚合—固化条件。Abstract: The dynamic mechauical properties of polymerisation proccsscs and its polymers of bis(4-(4-ethynylphenoxy)pbeoyl) ketone were investigated by torsional braid analysis (TBA) and infrared spectroscopy.Results showed that the multiple transitions including the melting,low-and high-temperature reaction of oligomcr,glass transition and decompositio reaction of its polymer could be characterized in the TBA spectra.The glass transition temperature of polymers depends upon the conditions of polymerization-curing.
