ANALYSIS OF INTERLAMINAL THERMAL EFFECT OF COMPOSITE LAMINATES WITH A LARGE NUMBER OF LAYERS

摘要: 在机械载荷和热载下对含分层损伤大层数复合材料层合板采用三维有限元法分析其后屈曲行为。这种有限元的特点是每个单元可包含多个具有不同铺设角、不同组分材料的铺层。在分析中引入接触元来防止层间的闭合接触效应,并进一步分析了分层前缘的能量释放率。结果表明温度对于复合材料层合板的层间破坏有重要影响。Abstract: The post-buckling behavior of composite laminates subjected to thermal loads and mechanical loads at the same time is studied using geometrically nonlinear 3-D finite element analysis. The major feather of this method is that every 3-D element contains several layers of different materials and plied orientations. The gap element is used to prevent the overlap of the delamination. The strain energy release rate is studied along the delamination front. The results show that the temperature affects the delamination damage significantly.
