CURING BEHAVIORS AND KINETIC ANALYSIS OF MODIFIED BMC UNSATURATED POLYESTER

摘要: 采用IR和DSC研究了经聚乙二醇改性的BMC专用不饱和聚酯的固化特征及固化动力学。利用Kissinger方程和Crane方程求出了改性体系的固化动力学参数。研究结果表明,含有反应性端基的聚乙二醇能参与不饱和聚酯的固化反应,使固化放热峰温降低,并加速了固化反应的进程。Abstract: The curing behaviors and kinetics analysis of polyethylene glycol modified unsaturated polyester for bulk moulding compounds (BMC) were examined by means of IR and DSC. The curing kinetic parameters of the modified systems were obtained by the Kissinger's equation and Crane's equation. It has shown that the reactive maleic anhydride terminated polyethylene glycol participated in the curing reaction of the unsaturated polyester, which lowered the curing temperature and accelerated the curing process of the system.
