THEORETICAL PREDICTION OF CURE BEHAVIOR OF EPOXY-RESIN-IMIDAZOLE-SiO2 SYSTEM

摘要: 运用非平衡态热力学涨落理论预估了环氧树脂-SiO2粉料体系在不同温度和不同填料含量时的固化行为,理论曲线与动态扭振的实验有良好的符合.实验表明,SiO2粉料对固化反应表观活化能有影响,但加快固化反应速度.Abstract: The nonequlibrium thermodynamic fluctuation theory has been used to predict the cure behavior of epoxy-imidazole-SiO2 system at various temperatures and various SiO2 filler loadings.There exists good agreement between the theoretical predictions and experimental reaults obtained by the dynamic torsional vibration method.It has been shown that the activation energy of cure reaction almost remained a constant value of △H=76.6×103J/mol with various.SiO2 filler loadngs,but SiO2 filler has a cempex effect on the rate of the cure reaction.
