MESOSTRUCTURE AND MODELING OF THREEDIMENSIONAL MULTIDIRECTIONAL COMPOSITES

摘要: 以四向编织复合材料为对象, 对所建立的单胞组织模型进行了细观组织的实验验证, 所 得结果与理论分析结果吻合较好。证实了所建模型的正确性, 成为三维多向编织复合材料性能分 析与材料优化设计的基础。Abstract: Since threedimension multidirectional braided composites have many advantages which can not be substituted, it is called reinforcedfiber composites of the third generation. In this paper, the unit cell model is established and verified for fourdirectional braided composites. The experimental data agree very well with the results predicted by the theoretical analysis. The effectiveness of the present model becomes the basis of properties analysis and optimum design of threedimensional braided composites.
