STUDY ON THE 1-2-3 MODEL FRICTION BRAKE COMPOSITE MATERIAL

  • According to the recent development trend and need of the frictional brake material, the 1- 2-3 model brake fraction multi material has been made out by adjusting the recipe and techniques. The mixing of two dimensional flake material vermiculite and one dimensional Kevlar fiber is used as the reinforced bulk. The modified resin is used as the basal bulk. Tests manifest that the properties of mechanics are high, and friction factors are suitable and stable. Especially in high temperatures wear is low. It is an excellent friction brake material.
