  • In this paper,the incremental formulation of Hamilton Semi Analytical Method and corresponding computational process for transient nonlinear thermo elastic problem are given. The numerical results on thermo stresses and deformation are obtained for the composite laminates during the cooling down stage of cure process. The results indicate that the nonlinear effect of the temperature dependent mechanical properties is important on residual thermo stress of composite laminates for the cure analysis.
